This film is about one out of three Bosnian families returning voluntarily to their home country Bosnia and Herzegovina. The woodworker family returned back home in the year of 2000 after having lived in Denmark for about nine years. The family fled their country during the war, and choose to return back home five years after the war had ended.

This biology family returned to Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1996 after having lived in Denmark for 2,5 years. The family fled Bosnia and Herzegovina when the war erupted and returned back home six month after the war had ended.
